I started this non-profit corporation to help individuals and organizations more accurately gauge energy usage, save money, and help the environment.  So many other organizations target carbon trading and credits as a way to offset average energy usage, without accurately gauging the absolute amount of energy used.  Before now, there wasn't an easy method for doing so without resorting to gross estimates and inaccurate averages.  With an accurate metric for current energy usage, CarbonGage will visually display the type and amount of energy used, its financial impact on your pocketbook, and the potential implications for the global environment - all in a one-stop shop.  If you would like to hear more, please visit our blog and listen to the following radio interview:
